Robert L. Rose, Esq.

Robert Rose leads the firm's personal injury and mass tort practice, representing the seriously injured and their families in premises accidents, construction and Labor Law matters, motor vehicle collisions, civil rights cases, and wrongful death claims.

In a decade of litigation, Rob has tried numerous cases to verdict, repeatedly obtained results in excess of $1 million, and briefed and argued appeals before the Appellate Division. He has cross-examined expert witnesses such as doctors, biomechanical engineers, and meteorologists, deposed opposing experts in federal court, and resolved cases through mediation and arbitration. Clients work with him through it all, from the first call to the final verdict or settlement.

Before founding Kravat & Rose, Rob litigated injury and civil rights cases across New York City and Long Island, most recently at Leav & Steinberg, LLP in Manhattan. He began his career at the New York City Law Department, where he rose to Trial Attorney defending the City in matters including personal injury and civil rights. Having tried cases from both sides of the courtroom, Rob knows firsthand how governments, insurers, and defendants investigate, value, and fight a claim, knowledge he now uses exclusively for the injured.
